This involves contacting other webmasters with similar sites and asking for a link exchange partnership. Be sure to make the emails to the other webmasters unique and complement their site in some way as this will increase the chance of getting a link back. With this approach you want to write related articles that are useful and unique and then submit those articles to directories online.
