Tip 1: Avoid mlm companies with no real product
If a company claims it is a legitimate network marketing company but has no physical products to sell and generate incomes but rather just asks for some monthly membership fee then this is more than likely an illegal pyramid scheme that you will want to avoid.
Tip 2: Try the products first
The products are one of the key elements of any great multi level marketing company so make sure you at least try some of the products and fall in love with them otherwise it will be difficult to convince those you sponsor to buy the products too.
Tip 3: Sell products in addition to sponsoring
One the biggest difficulties with any mlm business is getting it off the ground and making big money. This can take at least several months to many years so initially you should consider selling high commission products to generate some cash flow to fund your business activities until you build a big enough network.
Tip 4: Keep showing the plan, it’s a numbers game
The bottom line with network marketing success is that it is a numbers game and the more people you personally sponsor and the faster you can sponsor them the more money and bigger network you will build. Never just get one sharp looking guy into the business and hope they build a huge network for you as you will more than likely be very disappointed. Your downline will generally copy what you do so if you are always bringing new personally sponsored people into the business then they will also do the same.

Most good network marketing organizations have very good training and leadership programs in place that you should actively participate in and encourage your down line to participate in too. Tip 6: Focus on both width and depth
If you want to build a network that will survive for a long time then in most cases you will need to both personally sponsor many people as well as help others bring in people and work the depth in your network at least until you have enough leaders so that you can step away and do not need to build depth anymore or as much. Also try to do things in a way that can be duplicated and do not make things too complex for new people in your organization.
